Product Condition
All engines, transmissions, and auto parts sold by E&J Used Auto Parts are used parts unless otherwise specified. Parts may show normal wear consistent with used automotive components.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Engines and transmissions include a 30-day limited warranty.
• Warranty covers defective parts only.
• Labor costs are not included.
The warranty becomes void if the part is opened, modified, or disassembled without authorization.
Installation Requirement
Parts must be installed by a qualified professional mechanic. Improper installation may void any applicable warranty.
Deposits and Special Orders
Deposits placed on special orders or reserved parts may be non-refundable. If a customer cancels an order after the part has been sourced or prepared, the order may be converted into store credit.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders may be shipped using freight carriers. Customers must:
• Inspect the merchandise at delivery
• Report any damage immediately to the shipping company and E&J Used Auto Parts
Once a shipment is signed for, the merchandise is considered delivered and accepted.
Returns
Returns must be approved by E&J Used Auto Parts before being processed.
Parts may not be returned if:
• The part has been installed
• The part has been opened or disassembled
• Warranty seals have been broken
Limitation of Liability
E&J Used Auto Parts shall not be responsible for:
• Labor costs
• Vehicle downtime
• Loss of income
• Additional repairs
Our liability is limited only to the purchase price of the part sold.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify customer identity and order information to prevent fraudulent transactions.
